Therapy can be SCARY.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it's completely normal to feel unsure. Whether you're new to therapy or have had previous experiences where you didn’t feel that vital connection, I’m here to provide a warm, supportive environment with a pace that respects your needs. Our first few sessions are simply about getting to know each other, exploring what you hope to gain, and setting a foundation that feels comfortable for you. No preparation is needed—just bring yourself, and we’ll meet where you are.
My office is designed to feel less like a clinic and more like a cozy retreat, a place where you can unwind and breathe. You might also meet my therapy dog, Lani, a friendly companion who loves to offer a gentle presence and warmth. If you'd prefer not to have a dog around, just let me know; we can easily adjust to make the space comfortable for you.
