Body Image & Disordered Eating Challenges
If you struggle with the way you look and / or feel about your body, your relationship with food, and your health…you are welcome here.
Here’s how I see it…
If you’re struggling with body image or disordered eating, you’re not alone. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate this journey, providing a safe, compassionate space to explore your relationship with food, body, and self-worth. Together, we’ll work on healing, building self-compassion, and creating a balanced, supportive connection with yourself. This is about honoring your unique experience and finding freedom from pressures that can feel overwhelming—supporting you in feeling at home in your body and life.
My approach is a radical, compassionate, anti-diet approach. Drawing from the Intuitive Eating framework and the Health At Every Size (HAES) movement, my work supports clients in developing a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Intuitive Eating encourages reconnecting with your body’s natural hunger and fullness signals, letting go of rigid food rules, and fostering trust in your internal cues to allow you body to thrive as it is. The HAES approach promotes self-acceptance, celebrating body diversity, and prioritizing health and well-being without focusing on weight.
In our work together, I will help you move beyond the constant preoccupation with food choices, body image, and clothing size. We’ll create space in your mind, heart, and soul to focus on building the life you want to live—a life where your self-worth isn’t determined by what you’ve eaten or the number on a scale. My goal is to support you in finding true freedom from diet culture and reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
