Identity Development
“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”
- Carl Jung, Psychoatrist & psychoanalyst
You don’t have to “know” who you are yet.
Finding your identity doesn’t have to be something you face alone. I’m here to support you in exploring who you are beneath roles, expectations, and pressures. We’ll dig into the questions that matter—like your values, purpose, and the things that genuinely feel meaningful. If you’re feeling uncertain about your career, goals, relationships, or simply need a space to explore what’s next, our work together will focus on building a grounded sense of self that’s true to you. This journey is about honoring your path and embracing your authentic self with confidence.
Our world often dictates who we "should" be based on our identities—gender, age, race, and background. These factors shape how we feel and move through life. My work is about helping you uncover who you want to be, how you want to show up, and the connections you want to build. Having explored my own evolving identities, I know this path can be complex. I especially enjoy supporting college students as they navigate independence, finding what feels authentic and meaningful beyond the family home.
